For Builders & Developers
Model Home Design
Three tiers to match what your development actually needs — from a builder-ready finish schedule to a fully furnished, photo-ready model.
Finish Selections
Prices listed are base design fees. Includes a complete finish schedule — flooring, tile, countertops, paint, fixtures, and hardware. Furnishings (furniture, art, textiles) will incur a procurement fee.
Design + Full Furnishing
Everything in the Finish Selections package, plus full furniture procurement, art, accessories, window treatments, delivery, installation, and final styling. Model is photo-ready at completion.
Staging Only
Amy visits the model and works with existing or builder-provided furnishings — placement, flow, styling, and vignettes. No procurement required.
